I lead the Platform organisation, consisting of the 3 teams responsible for delivering all customer-facing features, including the website, apps, apis, and add-ins. I'm involved in roadmapping, setting policies and guidelines, defining the hiring pipelines and staffing priorities, and mentoring both staff engineers and team managers.

For most of my career I have been a generalist engineer with a focus on Developer Experience and Tools. My strength lies in coordinating and deploying developer velocity improvements across several organisations. From CI services to compiler performance I have implemented changes on the largest codebases to squeeze an additional order of magnitude in user metrics.
